“The "security seal" on the box packaging was broken therefore could not guarantee product was brand new. The packaging box was squashed in a Jiffy bag therefore this could have caused the seal being broken but I will never know for sure if this was a brand new product or just damaged in transit. This incident has put me off recommending or using Go Opticians again.”
