“racking was good instructions for assembly not so good didn't get the free rubber mallet but not many people do according to the reviews i read good job i already had one”

“Good stuff for storage. easy to set up and strong. Ordered 2 racks but one package came without the cross bar fixings. A quick email and the missing items were here the next day. Great Service.”

“Bought racking from elsewhere and it didn't turn up when it should. I contacted Gorilla Racking and told them what had happened and they despatched my order later that day and even delivered it next day for me. Superb customer service!”

“The service that Gorilla gave was OK but the delivery info from the company that you use was below what you had promised, they were giving me wrong info. The goods turned up on the Friday and not Thursday, this ment that I wasted a day waiting in. The racks are fine and are very strong for my needs.”
