Rip off paid for product and never received it. Never replied to email or phone calls only reason never took them to court was it was only small order

Ordered and paid in March 2020. Order never arrived lots of emails lots of excuses no refund no racking. now I'm told they have changed hands and it the other owners fault. Rip off or what?

Are these guys for real we ordered over 10 days ago and I have had nothing delivered. I have made numerous phone calls to the office with no reply, i've sent emails with nothing more that a standard email response. Then they have the cheek to ask for a review. Deliver my order or refund me and then I might change my review but so far service is appalling and goods still not delivered.

No adequate response after an order placed on 27th June has not arrived by 5th August My father placed the order he has terminal cancer and is trying to get things sorted whilst he is able to. We’ve asked more than once for a refund after getting no delivery. Disgusting.

I suspect the 5 star reviews are fake as from 6 June when we ordered we have not had any updates, no delivery, no replies to emails or phone calls. Hopefully the order will arrive but kind of lost hope. We probably won’t get the money back as feels like a scam company so far.

These reviews are fake. They are not processing orders, picking up calls nor replying back to emails. Do not place an order with them!

Steer well clear! Ordered a double pack of 5 tier shelving and the courier only delivered 1 set. Emailed Gorilla and got a response to say this was happening a lot with the courier service lately but I should get the rest of the order the next day. It has been 4 days since and still no delivery and no responses to the 3 chasing emails I have sent! So I’ve basically just paid double the price for a single unit.....stay well clear of this lot!

BEWARE! Ordered racks several weeks ago, money debited from credit card, but no confirmation email and no response to my emails or calls.

I placed order for a 3 x 180x90x40 bundle + 2 x 180x120x40 units over Christmas 2019, had no email confirmation and still haven't had anything since putting on, the only communication relating to my purchase was when they came back in January stating that were closed over christmas break (they did manage to email regarding payment failures on the site during this period though) i was told my delivery due today 2/2/20 (which i though OK fair enough)... They were however quick enough to reply when had issues making payment, but on my order and issues relating to it being wrong & the wrong amount on the delivery i've had none.... So the delivery turns up on Friday and i have 4 boxes (should be 5) and all are the 180x90x40 (should have been 3 only) and none of the longer ones arrived so i send an email stating this and what do i do with the extra 90 long unit ??? Still no reply a week later.. i get an email from DHL saying i have a delivery on the following Monday and thinking its the missing 2 / correct longer units said nothing to the suppler other than the above "what turns up" yet another 90 wide unit grrrrrrr so now i have 5 all the same which are £100+ cheaper than what i ordered when you add the parts up individually than what i've paid ..... i have now rang and left messages, and emailed again and still getting no replies .. i read others feedback so i have now instructed by bank to get my money back in the event it prompts them to send the correct goods as i'd still like them and think the product is great... i still await their reply and interested to see what they want to do about it... the wrong units are still i their boxes .. i am deeply disappointed with the serious lack of communication and the error that has gone unresolved ...personally the product is great for what we needed for, and would have ordered more, but not now unless this gets fixed soon , i won't and won't be recommending them either .... 1000003465

On 27th September 2019 I ordered 2 90cm wide units. Very pleased with delivery a week later. As an 84 year old lady I had to have some one to help putting first unit together. Then found the second one had 4 damaged parts. I emailed with photo as requested by Iain. Who was very helpful and on 23rd October said he would order replacements the next day. I am still waiting ! Since then have telephoned and sent many emails which have been ignored . Just receiving the replies that say all emails are replied to .. Not true ! I am very upset about this and do not know what to do now..

Don't order from them. They don't send the product and then refuse to have any communication over it. They take your money and run. Wont respond to emails, phone calls or social media. Cowboys and dishonest. Just do the decent thing and refund my money.

Ordered some shelves, they didn't arrive. All emails from the company were returned with an out of office - away on holiday reply. Fortunately I paid using PayPal. I submitted a claim and magic - the shelves arrived with next day delivery. This company is not reliable.

Placed an order on 3rd May 2019 and paid for the goods, it is now 26th July 2019 and we have not received the items. The company do not pick up the phone or call back or answer our emails. Buyer beware.

We ordered from Gorilla Racking a couple of eyars ago, and received excellent service. This time we decided to go back to them again. We placed the order but heard nothing for 3 days. Ringing and emailing didnt produce any results. We had though they had closed down, so raised a Paypal claim. We immediately received an email saying the products had been hipped and would be received the next day, with claims they ahd never received our emails. Nothing arrived the following day, and so we emailed again, and still no reply from them. The product then arrived 4 days later, no tracking number, still showing as processing on their site. No apology and no communication. Very poor service. It appears the owner was on holiday, but should have communicated there would eb a delivery delay on the website. Also, the only communication we received was a single brief and short email once we had raised a Paypal chargeback, then, nothing. Would probably avoid as they seem to have gone down in service over the past 2 years.

The is the second time i have ordered from Gorillaracking. The first order went without a hitch. Pity the second order wasnt the same. I ordered the second time on 23rd March 2019 and am still awaiting for the order. Despite attempting to call numerous times, I was unable to speak to anyone am only got a prerecorded message informing me that due to recent email issues they have not been able to access emails. However according to them their system is not up and running without a hitch.. And that any emails sent would be answered promptly.. More in hope than expectation, i attempted to contact them by email on numerous occasions... As you guessed it, I received no reply despite assurances from their instant replies saying that they would answer me very soon. Not sure what their definition of soon is!. I even wrote a letter ( yes old fashioned but worth a try) but again nothing happened. As a final thought (lightbulb moment) I contacted them via their FB page, I am still waiting for it to be read... I know Twitter is an option but since this hasnt been updated since 2016, that could be a pointless exercise! I know this review is asking about my experience of their customer service etc. Non-existent, absent or what customer service! are words which spring to mind.. I am sure there are others but lets leave it at that... Do I ever expect to receive the items?? What do you think!

I placed an order 13th Feb, heard nothing by 21st Feb so emailed Gorilla Racking. Had a reply from Iain saying he would look into it. Since then I've phoned and emailed several times but I'm being ignored. The money has gone from my account but I am sick of contacting them. I want a refund and nothing more to do with this company. I would not recommend anyone risks ordering from them, this is hassle I could do without!

I bought 6 shelf units and 20 open bins. The Order was quick to arrive but I noticed I had been sent blue boxes and I wanted red to match the 6 sets of shelves. When I ordered there was no where to request colour and I wasn’t asked. I e mailed to ask for an exchange and I’m told I’m responsible for returning the item. I have a courier quote of £28. It also states on their refund policy that on receipt of my return I will be refunded the full cost minus £15.95 if I had used the free delivery service. So blue boxes that I didn’t request, are no good to me and have to be returned are going to cost me £43. BEWARE OF THE RETURNS POLICY

Hi, as explained, no mention was made of a particular colour being required. We sent you 20 bins as requested, you then decided you required a specific colour. We are more than happy to exchange for you but unfortunately this does involve a delivery charge. We have already paid to have delivered what you ordered and would have to pay again to send you a different colour. We were not going to charge you for re-delivery although it was not our error in the first place. Our Returns Policy is a very standard policy, used by major companies across the Internet so shouldn't be any surprises there. Most companies will expect you to pay for the return of goods which you have ordered incorrectly, please see: http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2000/2334/regulation/17/made We will bend over backwards to try and help but we understand we can't always help everyone, so sorry

Hi, I'm so sorry to hear you've not been happy with your purchase. I find it very odd that you had parts missing but have not made contact with us to ask for replacements? You ordered 3 x shelving bays and ALL of them had the instructions missing? No delivery note but the goods arrived? Also the invoice is automatically sent to you upon receipt of your order. I would very much like to speak to you so we can get to the bottom of this as all very strange and we don't want an unhappy customer. Sincerest apologies. The Gorilla Team
