“Very good when fitted together but had to bend tabes slightly to slot them in a bit fiddly but good with no bolts to tighten up”

“I purchased 3 x Boltless Garage Shelving Bays 180cm (H) 90cm (W) 40cm (D) + Workbench The shelving was excellent value and easy to assemble. The workbech was ok but only useful for very light usage.”

“My first time dealing with them. Telephone order made. I had no more then 1cm tolerance on the space to fit two 120cm wide racks into. It was therefore important that individual units, including any protusions did not exceed the 120cm. I was assured they did not but alos sent an email confirming that they would take them back at no charge to myself if they did not. They fitted! The tracking system with UK mail gave an accurate indication of delivery time within a 2 hour slot. The delivery was a day late, but this showed up on the tracking and I believe there was a family bereavement and the shop had to close for one day. The racking itself is going up as promised, just a rubber mallet required to tap the sections together.”

“Haven't opened the parcels yet as they're part of a Xmas present and although most of it arrived promptly there is a part missing/undelivered as yet. This being the joints to tie the racks together.”

“The racking was as described and delivered in a timely fashion with no problems. The free bench that came with this deal was of a particularly good standard with a very good boltless fastening system which was very easy to put together by one person alone. The main racking would have received a higher review than the 4 stars had it had the same method of fixing. However, having said that, it also was reasonably easy for one person to put together, this time the written plans were needed. Some of the tabs on the supporting beams wouldn't fit correctly, however, it wasn't detrimental to the finished product as it still felt firm and secure. I hope your R&D will look at using the bench type fitting although I suspect that this would increase the cost overall. In conclusion, I am a silver haired person of 70+ admittedly active, but this was reasonably easy for me alone to put together and has fulfilled my needs of a good looking & strong racking system in my garage.”

“Racking is great - Sent out on the day promised - Due to bad courier service (UK Couriers) did not arrive when it should and the tracking infomation was not correct and their Customer Servicesdo not reply! But l emphasize that Gorilla Racking were fine.”

“Good stuff for storage. easy to set up and strong. Ordered 2 racks but one package came without the cross bar fixings. A quick email and the missing items were here the next day. Great Service.”
