“Had a problem installing the Microsoft Office 2021 after I purchased it. I couldn't find it anywhere on my laptop. The laptop is new so it kept pulling up word, excel, etc. to subscribe to the online 365 version. I had to call Gosoftware for help using their 1-800 number. The tech that assisted me was fantastic! He walked me through step by step how to install Microsoft Office 2021 on my laptop (I would've never figured it out on my own!). It took 15 minutes and everything is installed and working perfectly now. 100% recomend Gosoftware. They don't just sell a download and not help. The fully support their products and provide great customer service!”

“Great customer service! Purchased Microsoft Office 365 Perpetual, and when I downloaded it to my new laptop it was no where to be found. Called their 1-800 number and the tech walked my through step by step to fix it. Took 15 minutes, and all working good now. The definitely support their products.”
