I was told I needed to uninstall a Microsoft download for their download link to work, which was not found in the control panel or anywhere else. I am tech savvy, so I had already taken most of these steps on my own. Microsoft had not been downloaded to my computer (I was able to install it when I visited the actual Microsoft website and without ANY issues). When I attempted to punch in the product key into office, it was unsupported (which was not surprising after tech support and email support was unhelpful, too.) When I was speaking to the tech support agent, he had a very thick accent and his connection was poor, so I could not understand most of what he was saying. I was offered a 65% refund after unsuccessfully getting this product installed and ready to use. Overall, I had an awful experience with this company.

I was informed I still need office 365 to access my personal files even though I purchased a one time, one computer Microsoft Home version of office 2025 software. I just uninstalled it. It should be against the law to hold my information hostage until I pay your enormous price for use of a single, at home version of microsoft office. As I considering my options.

Product would not download. Spent a lot of time with their "help" agents and more time sending emails asking for a refund. Each time I did that - they just wanted me to talk to another agent. Still do not have a product and NO REFUND isssued after 3 days of asking for one.

I could not download Word, I sent several emails followed directions, and then had a service advisor on the phone for an hour to no avail. He frequently went into a mute coma and would not respond. When he finally did not respond, I was at the same dead end as when I started. I want my refund now, and this is the third time I have requested a refund and they are not responding. NEVER buy anything from this group. \
