“I purchased the Microsoft Office 2024 Home-Student one-time download in Feb, 2025. It has stopped working a few months later. I was stressed because I couldn't find my confirmation email with the original license key. I found my credit card receipt and sent it through their website on a Sunday afternoon and not too long afterwards they sent me a new product license key with instructions on how to update it. Worked perfectly. So relieved that they were able to help quickly.”

“I purchased parallels, which appears to be a vast improvement on Microsoft software downloaded into my Mac computer, but I don’t know where gosoftware fits into the picture. I also requested an explanation separately. Eric Jeffries 505-681-5430.”

“Download and installation was probably typical for these days, which means only a couple of problems. I had an EXPIRED subscription for MS 365 and needed to completely uninstall this first. Took me some frustrating time and a call from tech support to figure this out. I DID read all the install instructions I could find but this was not apparent. A sort of cookbook "if you have this, do this--if you have that, so that" set of instructions might be helpful. The tech support person was VERY helpful and texted as well as emailed the right fix for me. And I appreciate the several follow-up emails to ask how it turned out.”
