I was scammed by Gosoftware. I purchased Microsoft Office Home 2024 and downloaded it but it didn't work. Most of the Excel and Word options were unavailable. I consulted with a specialist who told me that Gosoftware should have sent me a link to activate the license, but they never did. He explained to me that I had been sold the installer but not the program itself, like buying an empty box. I scheduled a call by a Gosoftware customer service representative who kept insisting that nothing was wrong, but could not explain why the programs weren't working. In the end he just hung up on me. I had to buy Office from another provider. In the end, I wasted $120. Don't trust Gosoftware; buy directly from Microsoft. Don't let Gosoftware steal your money.

The software that they sent me was supposed to be Microsoft Office 2024, but it was Office 2016. They refunded my money.

I thought I was ordering from the official MS office site. I didn’t download anything and asked for a refund. I got back 60 % of my money but remember to read the fine print. I was over anxious and click purchase.

The download did not go properlyt. i am on windoiws and it tagged for mac. i cannot understand the tech on the phone due to accent. I want to cancel this order MS95352 due to error in ordering and lack of communication with a tech over the phone. I will let A merican Express know. I will be looking for the charge reversal. You sold me a cpy of excel and word that I couopd not open because it was not licensed by Mictrosoft. I tried 5 times to call you for support as your website listed support numbers. The call was answered and Iwas told that I would be transferred to an expert but each time the call dropped out after a long wait. In desperation I obtained Outlook 365 because I needed the sodtwarre to complete my Christmas mailing labels. What you sold me was useless and I have disputed the charge with Citibank. I consider your pratices effectively to be a scam.
