“Gosoftware did a good job. I had no trouble downloading the software, but did have an issue accessing it. I was able to arrange for help via a telephone call, but did have to wait 2 days for that help. The person who called me was efficient, but a little difficult to understand and a little impatient with me. It all worked out, though.”
