“I had some problems with the installation (my fault as I didn't understand that Mac's migration assistant would disable new software when it transferred old software). Using chat, I received instructions and a link to reenable the new software quickly. This all occurred on New Year's day (Eastern Standard Time). Kudos to Dave! (I purchased the software via download, so the following questions do not apply.)”

“I'm not happy. I get message that I have 2 days to activate the program when I launch Word or Excel. I have no clue how to proceed because there is no clear way to get to the information to do that. Looks like I spent money on this product for nothing.”

“I thought I was ordering from the official MS office site. I didn’t download anything and asked for a refund. I got back 60 % of my money but remember to read the fine print. I was over anxious and click purchase.”
