“I find it very hard for me to switch to this program from my very simple Open Office program on my old, much better than my new, Mac mini computer. It scrambles my images and blah blah, I'm just a beginner so ill keep trying.”

“I am a novice with software installation especially on my brand new IMAC, so I ended up needing some help. After the chat line, I still needed additional and was connected with a very patient and expert tech rep who walked me through the installation. I would never have completed it by myself. “It was easy and fast to install. I was skeptical about how good of a price it was but my worries were for nothing because it works just how I was wanting it to. I use Word for schooling and got tired of slow internet speeds. The website of word needs an update or something because it would often times delete my notes because of bad internet but the app does not require internet and is perfect.”
