“I got the right person to take care of the problem, but the call came in as unknown. I was hesitant to answer or not, because I was thinking it may be spam call. I am glad I responded and it happened to be the tech support. Thank you for taking care of my issue.”

“The new Microsoft Professional Office is exactly what I wanted. There were numerous versions of Office on my system, dating back to 2007. I needed tech support as the new Office I purchased would not install properly because of Office system conflicts. Jai D from Gosoftware spent much time and effort to get me back on track. Excellent product and support.”
