“The product us great and i love it. Right size and very detailed. My mom opened the gift and she was in love. Delivery took well over a month. Yet when I emailed the company for how late it was they got it moving. Order very early and give them a heads up on delays. You love the look.”

“Acceptable but the image quality did not meet expectations and it definitely feels like someone printed this at home. Essential problem seems to be the use of a low-res image for printing on an extra large canvas sacrificing sharpness. Picture looks better under lights. Is it so bad that I would contemplate a return? No, but it is certainly missing the "wow factor" that I expected after spending two hundred dollars. The packing was adequate but could have used more protection and the shipment arrived without incident. There is also no template, so get ready to use your tape measure and level. As others pointed out, there are shipping delays but it is not the sellers fault since it is international. When I contacted the seller, I received a prompt and detailed response which was appreciated.”

“Item took a lot longer than expected to get here. Item wasn't exactly what I was thinking it was but I guess thats ok. If I would have known that it was just a design printed on fabric I would have gone for the framed option.”

“I loved the photo of the print I ordered and was so very excited when it came, but when I carefully measured and put each of the 5 pieces on the wall I was bothered by the print. Both my husband and I looked at it for several days until I could finally put my finger on what it was. I looked back at the website photo and it hit me that the print I had was dark, much darker that the advertised print. So dark the two end panels were almost obscured. I complained to the company who in no way admitted an error, just told me send it back. And to top it off they charged me a restocking fee for a print that was clearly too dark to see. I will not be ordering from this company ever again.”

“It seemed from the photos and the description that my order would’ve come framed and it didn’t, but that could’ve just been my fault for not looking hard enough. Either way, The print came crinkled/scratched and the picture was poor quality.”

“I've had alot of communication with RANDY and he showed me what he could do with may fathers b17 bomber squadron from a picture that I sent him ,,an it looked really good ,I was really amazed of his technology an how it turned out ,I mean a ww11 plane ,,so I had him do his job , ??? After 30 days instead 20 days as the post said I FINALLY received my 5 panel print,,.??? I guess I was expecting too much ,,I was totally disappointed,,very dull an blurry better if you stand 20 feet away at the other side of room ,,as well as the ground structure is very blurry,,the tail numbers hard to read from blurriness,,doesn't look at all as good as the print that he sent me before work done,!!! Also not please that work was not done in the UNINTED STATES,,other issue was on again an off again with delivery being held up ,once by 7. Days in CHINA,, DID NOT KNOW BEING DONE IN CHINA UNTIL THIS WAS ORDERED,,,PRINT ORDERED ON 28TH OF APRIL AN FINALLY RECEIVED MAY 25TH ,WAY PAST DELIVERY TIME THAT WAS TOLD TO ME !!!,,as I said it was held up for 7 days in china before SHIPPED,,,I GUESS THAT I SHOULD BE HAPPY THAT I HAVE A PICTURE OF MY FATHERS BOMBER SQUADRON HANGING ON MY WALL THAT I CAN LOOK AT FROM ACROSS THE ROOM,,,”

“The quality of the pictures is nothing near as it looks on the website. I also thought all these would be framed. I guess for the price I should have known better. Will NEVER order from here again. Highly disappointed!”

“Idk how these people are getting 5 star customer support or just lying 😅. I've been contacted once and it was "Sorry here's some screenshots of the same info you can already see" it's normally not more than 1 to 2 days late. It's now been 1 week. Tracking stopped 1 week ago as well. Company says Florida but when u complete checkout viola...china...wait 4 weeks...plus whatever else is going on...so expect your stuff if it ever arrives 6 weeks in...at this rate I'd of printed it myself somewhere...honestly”

“If I could give no stars I would. In April I put in an order and now it's the middle of July and still have not received my order as well as no tracking on it. It has remained the same all along. I have contacted them numerous times and only get I'm sorry it's on its way. I have asked for my money back and they refuse to give it back. What is scam!”

“In the past, i had a problem with Randy trying to articulate. And he took offense to it. When i was ready to place my order on 2/08/2020 Dan returned my money and lied and said it was at my request. Such bad business they offer. That really defines their professionalism and their character. Thank GOD that money doesn't spoil. With that being said, my money spends anywhere. If i could give this company a zero i would.”
