EasyJet outward flight, U28175 to Seville

Last year, my daughter booked 2 tickets to fly to Seville with EasyJet, returning with Vueling through SkyScanner using Gotogate as the agent.
The early morning flight was cancelled by easyJet and we were offered seats on a late afternoon flight instead. We declined the change in flights and asked EasyJet for a refund.
They did...unfortunately to Gotogate( and not directly to us,) who so far, despite numerous emails for a refund, have kept the money.
Most normal people would consider this as dishonest and comparable to theft.
Don't use this company, if there are problems, it is much easier if you have booked directly with the airline, so you can deal with them directly. At least, if the airline give you a refund, you will get it.
A recent article by WHICH, said that in fact it worked out more expensive booking through another party than directly with the airline, because the agents hiked the fees for luggage.
If you are scammed by this company, and they don't refund you the money the airline has refunded them, make a complaint to the Swedish National Board for consumer complaints as they are based in Sweden.
Make sure you warn as many people as you can not to use this company.
They don't even deserve one star.”
“SCAM and FRAUD site - Please do not even go on this site to look, don't enter any details to search - nothing! I went to book flights, they can to just over £400, I put in my card details and pressed pay, after this a red box flashed on screen to say the price had changed and the site claimed over £800 from my card. On top of this they had set themselves up to take further payments my bank informed me.
They put a block on any other transactions, blocked my card and are investigating the fraud. I tried calling the company straight away (my phone came up with it as a spam warning even though I was dialling out to it) and after talking to their robot got through to a man in what sounded like an Indian call centre. He was incredibly unhelpful and insisted I had agreed to paying over £800 for the tickets. That the price had gone up when I have screen shots that they had not still on the site. He refused a cancellation or refund. It's a fraudulent company.”

“1. On 26 June 2022 I bought 6 Wizz Air tickets for me and my son:
a. from Tel-Aviv to Venice on 16 September 2022 (HB8Z2S)
b. from Bologna to Budapest on 24 September 2022 (Z8WVQR)
c. from Budapest to Tel-Aviv on 24 September (DD1TWP)
d. there was not direct return flight
2. On 29 August 2022, Wizz Air canceled the flight from Bologna to Budapest.
3. There wasn't another flight from Bologna to Budapest and I wrote Wizz Air that we cannot use the continuation flight from Budapest to Tel-Aviv.
4. I bought 2 Wizz Air tickets from Rome to Tel-Aviv (JMCM7B), and 2 train tickets from Bologna to Rome.
5. The tickets from Rome to Tel-Aviv were bought directly at Wizz Air website. The other tickets were bought at the website of Gotogate.
6. Gotogate refused to give a refund and forwarded us to Wizz Air.
7. We haven't received any refund/compensation for the 4 tickets (1b & 1c).
8. It is a pity that I must spend so much time and energy on this issue.”

“Booked a flight from Chiangmai to Singapore and it was a connecting flight.
First flight: 2UC8CS 13:05 - 14:25 had a delay big time and resulted me unable to catch on my second connecting flight - 47TJTX.
GoToGate's reply was they will help me get a refund and it's all just talk. They ignored me thereafter, replies to my emails were just as bad. All they claimed is the first flight's delay did not affect my second flight and hence no refund.
This is total bull$#*! and clearly a planned scam by GotoGate. Look it up alot more people are getting scammed by this Airline daily.

Save yourself and your money DO NOT BOOK with this scammers they are worst company ever to deal with ,horrible customer service ,will never get refund and they will take your money and left you alone so you will lose your booking as happened with me .

“My flight has been cancelled without give me any notice till now is 11 days every day. I call to try to get my new ticket to come back to London no one give me any solution for my case I call every day for 4 to 6 hour, and the only thing said to me is the supervisor you need to call me to rebook my ticket in the next 24 hour until now I waiting 260 hours and now one call me I think is the last time we use this service from this company for me is enough with this horrible experience”

But according to their rules there was some airline penalty that had to be considered from their side etc and they told me I cannot fly with the same class although I could see on google that there were seats available for the same class. I'm disputing the charges with AX and expect to win. This company should be shut down! I purchased the 'Flexible Ticket' and the XCover was complimentary. The XCover is worthless too. “The agency is not reliable at all. I have cancelled my flight and now waiting for refund more than 2 weeks. I have been contacting on daily basis and each time I had to wait for long minutes then my call is answered by unprofessional staff that exhausted me in explaining the case and later only telling me you will receive your refund shortly but nothing till now. I am getting fed up really. I put myself in trouble by booking via their website.”
