“Victor arrived on time and was very courteous. He did an amazing job and got a lot more done than we had planned on a day. He demolished a shed, removed a concrete pad, removed 4 tree stumps and was asking us what needed to be done next! An excellent worker and just got on with it….thank you victor!”

“This is my first-time proper use. In finding a labourer, it started well, found one labour, offered the job but unfortunately we couldn't agree on some issues the guy cancelled so could not go on to hire. The sad part got to my computer that evening to try another but access was limited on my account. So GRAFTER became unuseful.”

“The concept of grafter is amazing for short term work, the only downside is there’s never much work in my area maybe if grafter become more popular and more widely known more people would use the service. Try doing more advertising on Facebook and maybe Instagram. Keep up the good work Thanks Chris”

“I have used Grafter to find someone we needed for a temporary contract The way the people can be chosen is a good format with plenty information. I would rather pay for the advert though instead of the percentage taken from the salary. The technical glitches are still an issue though with updates and applicants”

“With labourers in short supply using a platform to extend reach is a good strategy. The business process seemed robust and support provided quick turnaround and close engagement. I think employers would be interested in the employee value proposition. This wasn't visible to me, although I'm sure it must be on your website.”

“I used grafter to get a job which I got. Then was told it was cancelled. And had my account restricted ? Have not heard from grafter since. Have found employment for the time being.”

Hi Ivor, The job wasn't cancelled, it went ahead and you completed it. We know this because you contacted support to ask where your payment was. However, you were never paid on Grafter, therefore it appears you broke the rules of using the service, so your account was suspended. HI Thom, thanks for the feedback. I am sure you will appreciate it is expensive to recruit and manage good grafters as well as developing and running an online platform, so we have to charge for the service, but we are on average about half the costs of most temp agencies.

Hi Andy, I am very sorry you had a bad worker. Unfortunately people just let you down sometimes, no matter how or where you find them. But with Grafter we actively manage and remove poor workers from the platform to reduce the risk. Also the reviews from other clients help you pick more reliable and better workers. This helps us to provide more reliable people overall.
