“The thing I love is that the delivery is quick and easy. I did have an issue last week where my order didnt arrive for 7 days, however when i called up i was apologised to straight away and the call handler instantly refunded my postage costs and couldnt be more helpful. Sometimes issues arise but its how its dealt with that makes the difference”
“You should not have advertise for items and say its out of stock after few weeks and refund the money. this is unjustified and waste of time when you should be delivering next day.”

According to the delivery records, our courier successfully attempted delivery, but the shipment was subsequently refused before it could be completed. Unfortunately, the item then became out of stock, which prevented us from arranging a replacement at that time.
