“Initially was not happy to be charged over £20 for shipping as this was not made clear before I had paid. However when I went to cancel my order my request was dealt with efficiently and promptly which I appreciated.”
“Placed order but didn’t arrive. Called them after 5 days to advise and for some reason the order had not been sent. Received apology and goods arrived next day. Otherwise would have been 5 star”
