“Greenpak gave the wrong address to the delivery company, so l did not receive the food container. I rang the delivery company and the address from your company was wrong. I tried ringing your company but got to a died end. It was a disaster and had to drive to Costco the following morning to buy a replacement which was bigger than the size l need but had no choice. Due to that, the food got to the function extremely late. Now l managed to collect the delivery two days later from a nearby neighbour five doors away due to your mistake. I am very disappointed, now l have containers of no use to me thanks to you company.”
