“I haven’t received the belts I ordered yet. I should have received them today, but there is no available information for the shipping. My review won’t be a full complete review until I receive the belts, but so far I’m not happy that I can not locate were my package is.”

“I was wanting to give a 5 star review. According to the email I received on November 29th, the day I ordered my gifts, my product was shipped. Today is December 23rd, and still no product has arrived. The three loved ones I shopped for will not have these gifts to open for Christmas. That makes me very sad. If you knew that shipping would take over a month, perhaps that should have been indicated before I was allowed to check out. I have ordered things from the US many times and it has never taken this long to receive my packages. I hope the belts are as good as everyone says.”

Patti-Jo, I'm so sorry your shipment has been delayed! I just checked your tracking information and there is a notice on your tracking number that states that packages received from 12/01-12/06 have been delayed due to high volume (your package was received by USPS on 12/02). It looks like your package is expected to be delivered by December 27th end of day. I am sorry for this delay and I hope you can understand that this was not a delay on our end, this was a delay by USPS. If there was a way for me to fix it so you get your belts in time for Christmas, I absolutely would in a heartbeat. I hope your belts arrive in time for Christmas and I am sincerely sorry if they do not! “Been using the belt for a few days now. I'm on the fence as to whether I like the design or not. Having to hold the buckle at an outward angle to tighten it means that it is always a bit loose, like a good inch or so.”

“Products are nice but not a fan of the business model. Top end prices but they always have some sort of sale going with catchy advertising to try and boost sales rather then organically growing sales. When I purchase an item then 2 days later you have a better sale on it that is just a terrible feeling. Wish you would set a price and keep it standard year round.”

“I can honestly not rate the product bcuz i have never used it before. I saw an ad on instagram and decided to buy the premium combo pack when it was on sale last month. I expect the product to be well build since its made in USA, but i am disappointed with the shipping and the waiting time. I understand its free shipping but may be if you wouldve given me an option to pay a little and get express shipping i would have opted for that. I hope the item is not lost in mail and i actually do receive it this year.”

“products are awesome,after sales team need improvement, i used chat support to complain about custom i had to pay to get the product and both the times agent stopped responding, which is not very nice. regardless after sales experience, all 3 bets are best and love wearing them everyday 😍”

“This belt looks great and is light weight. The size was perfect and it does exactly what it says. Although it won't get very tight and is kind of hard to get off. I'm hoping it will become more pliable as it is worn. I am glad I bought it.”

“Great and as advertised Found that for my use the material was too thin to support additional weight comfortably eg. Tools, Firearm and holster etc. Also the fastening system is too finicky if the buckles were made with two plates mounted onto each other rather than the one with the belt being able to coming from behind and pulled between the two plates with the bottom plate maintaining the current design and the front plate being a designed plate this would greatly improve function. Just my thoughts. Great product and hope that it improves in future.”

“What a great looking and feeling product. I only got to mess with it a few times, before the lever did slip a tooth. It was totally my fault, because I stuck just one too many cards in. And I just watched your video on how to fix it. Can’t wait for V.2.”

“Quality is not quite of another belt I had gotten as a gift in the recent past. The sealed end to the tail on this Belt is thinner and showing cracking after 2 weeks of use.”

“The belt looks really nice and works well! I bought the wood one and that is where my disappointment lies...It looks like real wood in the ad but actually it is metal with wood grain printed on it. You can’t tell the difference by looking at it, but still, wood has a nice warm unique feel that I was looking for as a gift. I might not give a a gift now because it feels a bit cheap without real wood.”
