For me you’re customer service is excellent. But I will rate acceptable for overall review. I hope you will add expedite shipping in your option, been waiting for my order for almost a month now. 🤨

As I have only had the belt for about a week and have used it about five times, I do not feel I have the history with the belt to give it any type of review within that context. As such the choice above reflects my experience to date.

I love the belt, but have been waiting about a month and a half for its arrival, and there's still no sign of its movement. Would have given 5 stars if the shipping didn't take so long.

Shipping was slow, and prices are high. Shopped here because of a gift request. I would not purchase anything for myself here.

The belt is very stable once you get it set but it is very difficult to get set on someone who does not have a flat stomach. Still up-in-air about using it daily.

Unfortunately, the belts I ordered were not hits with their respective recipients. Too difficult to get on - belts were stiff and hard to pull. Essentially, took too much time to get it on.

I am giving a 3 star review only because the customer service was excellent. However, that's where my positive review ends. I ordered my grip 6 belt at the beginning of December and sadly it is now December 26th and I was yet to receive it. This was supposed to be a replacement and a gift that would replace my old department store belts that pinch and create discomfort. When I contacted customer service a second time on December 24th, I was told my order was lost in transit. Talk about disappointing. I live in Canada so I am guessing this is where the problem lies. If you live in the U.S. I am sure getting your belts is no problem as they do not need to cross through borders causing delays. Because of the issue, I was forced to cancel my order although I wish I knew where my belt ended up. Very disappointed.

Sadly the belt doesn't seem to work well around a 30 inch waste. The belt slips and just doesn't seem to work well.

I work in customer service for a manufacturing company. I’m extremely disappointed that my shipment (Christmas gift ordered November 30th) was lost and that a second package could not be shipped expedited at your cost. Any customer service oriented company would do this. You can say customers are important to you but you need to back that up. I assume I’ll get the product eventually (who knows how long after Christmas) and that my husband will be happy with it which is why I’m rating acceptable. However I have a bad taste in my mouth from my experience as a customer. Because your product is something that could be supplemented with future purchases I think refusing my request for expedited shipping was a mistake on your part. I truly hope this review does make a difference.

Davanna, I am so sorry for your disappointment and the missing package. You first reached out to us 3 days ago about this issue. You were offered a full refund or to have your order reshipped. You asked to have your order reshipped. Once you found out your international order could not be expedited into a 3 day delivery time for Christmas, you claimed we were lying and stated you will never purchase from us again. We were not lying, there was no way for us to get your package from the US to Canada within a 3 day window. This is an international delivery and subject to customs reviews, among other potential delays. If there is anything further we can do to be of assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am sorry your experience was not a more positive one and would like to apologize once more for the delayed/missing package. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas.

I haven’t received the belts I ordered yet. I should have received them today, but there is no available information for the shipping. My review won’t be a full complete review until I receive the belts, but so far I’m not happy that I can not locate were my package is.

I was wanting to give a 5 star review. According to the email I received on November 29th, the day I ordered my gifts, my product was shipped. Today is December 23rd, and still no product has arrived. The three loved ones I shopped for will not have these gifts to open for Christmas. That makes me very sad. If you knew that shipping would take over a month, perhaps that should have been indicated before I was allowed to check out. I have ordered things from the US many times and it has never taken this long to receive my packages. I hope the belts are as good as everyone says.

Patti-Jo, I'm so sorry your shipment has been delayed! I just checked your tracking information and there is a notice on your tracking number that states that packages received from 12/01-12/06 have been delayed due to high volume (your package was received by USPS on 12/02). It looks like your package is expected to be delivered by December 27th end of day. I am sorry for this delay and I hope you can understand that this was not a delay on our end, this was a delay by USPS. If there was a way for me to fix it so you get your belts in time for Christmas, I absolutely would in a heartbeat. I hope your belts arrive in time for Christmas and I am sincerely sorry if they do not! Been using the belt for a few days now. I'm on the fence as to whether I like the design or not. Having to hold the buckle at an outward angle to tighten it means that it is always a bit loose, like a good inch or so.
