Great product. I've only worn the belt a couple of times so far and the radius with which the strap exits the buckle and enters the buckle again seems a bit uncomfortable. Maybe this will change once the belt is worn in a bit. The versatility and the simplicity is really amazing. Also the craftsmanship leaves nothing to be desired, yet the overall experience is only three (or three and a half) stars for me.

Gave a belt to my son, he didn't like it so I kept it. Position and size of loops on your pants makes a big difference for use of the belt. It's hard to get it tight & the belt material will often not fit under the pant loops. I like the look and idea but it doesn't work too well on lots of pants.

Mike, So sorry to hear this! It looks like you bought a standard 1.5" wide belt. Did you know that we make narrow belts as well? Our narrow belts are 1.1" wide and should solve your problem if you're having difficulty getting the belt through some pant loops. Feel free to email me at bryce@grip6.com if you'd like to try out one of our narrow belts and I can get you a coupon. Best Regards, Bryce

This belt was designed for a slim man that doesn't need a belt to hold his pants up. It's pretty hard to get the belt tight enough to keep you pants up with the end of the belt designed to be on the inside!! I've had it about three weeks and it's getting a little easier as it softens up and isn't so stiff as when it was new. I'm 69 and have a little belly, if you have a beer belly, walk away from this belt!!!

Have belts and buckle products, but dissatisfied with 2 prototype wallets purchased, waste of money.

The belt is a great invention in that it is less bulky in the front area than a regular belt is, which I love, I just found that the metal buckle didn't lie as flat as it could due to the way both ends of the belt strap sits under the buckle. I feel like the metal buckle is too flat a design so the ends push it out. Maybe if the metal buckle had a slight curve to it the ends of the strap wouldn't push it out the way it does. :)

The product itself is amazing. I love my belts and gave them as gifts this year at Christmas but.... the shipping. The shipping is terrible. It took more than a month to get them delivered. My gifts missed Christmas entirely. If you want to buy them as gifts, you will be waiting a long time.

I love that Grip6 is made in America, and I found the Customer Service to be great, including easy returns. I only wish I liked the belt ... unfortunately, as a slender woman, I found it hard to get the belt tight enough and even when I did it would loosen quickly so it never really held the pants up. Plus, it was hard to take off. It wasn't a terrible belt ... but it was pricey enough that I would expect more. Sorry to say that I returned two belts. I did keep one because, as I said, I love that this is an American company and the customer service was great.

This belt looks good once fastened. But fastening and unfastening it, is not as ‘smooth’; I watched the ‘how to’ videos but sometimes still need a bit of tussle to get it in place or to loosen it. My feedback is in comparison to a ratchet belt, which I was using before Grip6. Thank you.

There should have some teeth in the head to hold the belt from reverse movements during fastening time.

The belt does lie flat which was a big contributor for my purchase but it's much thinner than expected and it doesn't show well as an accessory. It's function is great but it's look is middle of the road for me.

Nice comfortable belt, wanted black ended up with blue. With the kind of work I do....need it slightly tight around my waistline its difficult to achieve this but is doable

I like the first belt i got from you. But the second one doesn't fit at all. I chose the largest size available but its like 6-8in shorter than my first one. I'm kinda bummed out about it.

Brandon, I'm so sorry you've experienced this issue! We actually offer custom sizing, all you have to do is put in your order notes what size strap you need. Please send me an email at bryce@grip6.com with the size of strap you need, color, and your shipping address; I'll make sure you are taken care of! Hope this helps!

Sorry to say that I am a little disappointed with the GRIP6. I only had it for two days and I can not get the knack of getting the belt as tight as I am used to getting with a regular leather belt. The belt is a little harder to disengage. My advice is to order at least 2 inches longer than your waist size. This will help in pulling the belt tighter. I AM NOT GIVEN UP ON THE GRIP6, I WILL GET IT TO WORK for ME !!!!! I think it is a good ideal, material is great and for me, after wearing a belt gor 60 years it will take some time to adjust to this new belt.

like the functionality of the belt. Downside, the sharp edge on the buckle that the return end of the belt goes through creases or permanently marks the belt material. I modified the sharp edge w/ a slight radius, still get a great hold and no marking. Shouldn't have to modify a $39 dollar belt. Regards,

I see how this belt could be great for many guys. It’s styling is sleek and attractive. Unfortunately, despite by best efforts, the belt did not hold my girth and kept slipping, resulting in pants sliding down. Not good for muffin tops. I may revisit later after I lose some weight.

I think it's a little on the expensive side for what I got. Time will tell if it lasts.

Until I receive my parcel from the US, I cannot give a rating. It has been well over a month since I ordered and paid for my items in FULL. (Order #258819) The tracking system does not give updates!
