Though I like the as tight-or-loose as you need (no punch holes) the belt has a "very casual" look about it. For $35 one can purchase a nice looking vinyl/leather belt at any men's shop - even though it might not fit one's waist as well. And I still find un-hinging the latch awkward: you really need to grip and pull hard when the belt is singed tightly around one's waist.

I liked the concept of this belt and it does seem to stay in place without slipping, but as someone with arthritis in my hands it is very hard to get it adjusted tight enough. So if you don't have any hand or grip problems it's a great belt.

Since I ordered on April 17 and now it’s May 1 and I haven’t received them and the tracking is not available I cannot review them. And they were a present for my son that he picked out!!

Jenny, I'm so sorry in the delay of your package! Did you check tracking number 9200190191224809152016? That's the tracking information I have for your package, and it looks like the information was just updated today, it is on it's way to it's final destination according to USPS website. Again I'm so sorry about the delay. Unfortunately a lot of packages are being delivered late due to Coronavirus. Please let us know if you need anything further or feel free to email me directly at bryce@grip6.com. I hope you have a wonderful day! Best Regards, Bryce

I felt that the product was over priced by $10.00. Costs about $4 to make and selling for $35.

Hi I received these belts for Christmas and I have battled with them for 2 months on and off, they don't stay in place as your video suggest. As a result I don't use them any more, which is a shame cause they have been purchased for me to use. Regards Lee

Lee, I'm so sorry to hear you are having difficulties with the belt! We actually have a patented method that keeps the belt tight even through over 250 pounds of pressure. So if the belt is coming loose throughout the day, you actually aren't putting the belt on correctly. Have you checked out our How-To video to be sure you are putting it on correctly? If not, you can view the video here: https://grip6.com/pages/how-it-works Additionally, we have a full lifetime guarantee on all of our belts. So if the belt isn't working out for you, feel free to contact me directly at bryce@grip6.com and we would be happy to buy the belt back from you! Hope you have a wonderful night!

Too difficult to get on and off. Probably need to review video. Does not stay as flat near buckle as pictured.

I prefer a belt you could put on like normal,as I like my belt tight...so if there was a way to reverse the insert it still grip - even if the belt went over the buckle - I think that be worth it. Very awkward to tighten his belt down. Also the belt is a little thick. I’ll take it down a quarter of an inch to be in line with most other belts if it was me.

I like the concept and after some practice, the belt is fairly easy to put on and take off. However, it does not lie flat like the video indicates. Perhaps it's because mine is new. I considered ordering more but will hold off until I see if this one flattens out once the material is broken in a little.. Is quite still to start with as you can see from the right side of the photo.

Loosens up after short period of time-buckles are excellent-belt is very stiff and appears to be the reason for the loosening. Will not recommend until issue is resolved

I do like the style and the looks of the buckle. It’s very easy to use. But I’m disappointed because I can’t tighten it as much as I like so I ended up going back to my old belt. Thanks for your time.

I have the Ninja belt. Tightening and loosening it took a little getting used to. You can't tell when it's in the best spot like you can with a belt with holes. Since my weight is pretty consistent, I don't need to micro adjust my belt. Pros: it works like a belt and is infinitely adjustable. It may be the best belt for guitarists who want to minimize or possibly eliminate buckle rash on the backs of their guitars. Cons: the webbing gets crushed in the back center after a few uses. I wonder just how badly out of shape it will get since the webbing is not very heavy. It takes 2 hands to open (I can open my leather belt with one hand). A little pricey for what it is.

I was very excited about this belt especially considering it was a local purchase but i had to wait quite a few days for the order to even arrive considering i’m in the same state, but that’s not even my main concern i was interested in this belt because it was marketed that it won’t stab in your stomach admittedly i’m a bigger guy and this sounded heavenly because i hate that and after using it for a few days now i find that when i do bend over or when my stomach hits it that it still does stab into me now it’s not as bad as prior belt buckles thus the reason i’m leaving a 3 star and not a 5 i’ll keep wearing it because it’s great quality but overall disappointed it still stabs into me

I like the slim buckle - it's very comfortable to wear. I like the look of it. Getting the buckle sufficiently tight is a process - I miss being able to quickly buckle up.

I purchased two belts. The work belt is wide and sturdy, adjust easily to my waste and stays secure throughout the day. The other belt is the carbon fiber buckle, it is narrower and seems cheap. After wearing it for one day I noticed it became very scratched and no longer looks good. After wearing both belts, and purchasing sight unseen, I would have rather preferred two work belts. The wider belt and more durable finish better suits my needs.. I have been wearing the same leather belt for 20 years, it tells a story of my life, the ups and downs in my weight and is twisted and warped from years of sweat, dirt and grime. If grip 6 is still producing belts in 20 years, I wonder if I will still be wearing mine??

The belt is light which is great, but hard to remove and the middle part sort of sticks out and doesn't stay flat, so its 50/50 for me I'm not unhappy but it's also a bit unpractical sometimes

I saw an ad for the Grip6 online and thought the concept was really great, so I ordered a 2-pack and hanger right away. Shipment was immediate, so great turnaround. However, I ended up returning the belts. I really like the hanger....neat idea for storage. As for the belts/buckles, they were a little less stout than I hoped, especially for the price paid. The strapping used for the belt was kind of thin, as was the metal for the buckles. But the design concept itself is awesome. Kudos and good luck!

Probably works great if your in shape and don’t have to many belt loops. If you have a lot of loops and are portly. It is pretty tough to get it tight enough to hold your pants up.

The material that’s used for the strap loosens very easily. It looks good and is sleek, it just doesn’t stay tight.

These are pretty basic belts. The quality is great but even the buckles in the 3 belt kit are not fancy in any way. I think they need to be a bit more fancy for $33 each. I do like them but am still trying to learn how to best tighten and loosen them. It is totally different than any belt you've ever used. Once latched, this belt stays firm at the level of tightness you set.
