“Comfortable and easy to put on, but extremely over priced for just a belt”

“Hard to adjust to the tightness i need at times. Don't think I would buy another one, especially at that price. I do use it for work most of the time so they may consider making something better for the blue collar guys.”

Hi there, Thanks for the feedback. Here's a little video to help make adjusting the belts second nature https://youtu.be/CzuO6dKP3hE We find adjusting the belt becomes second nature for most customers after following the instructions in the video

“I ordered size per waist size, I think might be better to go 1 size up.”

“The product holds its position as advertised. However, it is not as easy to adjust as advertised because one end of the buckle has to be manipulated to be perpendicular to your body when you pull the other end through. This issue could be alleviated if the buckle were made smaller end to end. Making the buckle about 2/3 the size and keeping the same belts what do the trick. This would especially be helpful to those of us who know longer have a 30 inch waist.”

“Concept is great but for me it’s been a struggle. I’ll continue to practice with the operation but as of now it’s not working out that great. Having part of the belt go behind the buckle is a challenge.”

“I was impressed with the sales pitch, but not so much with the product, The belt and buckle is much overpriced and overstated. I wound up using it for a gun holster belt that has no requirement for keeping my pants from falling down.”

“I ordered this time because my belly expanded. The straps (3) came and they seemed much softer than the original one that I bought. The buckles (2) came and they were about the same as the one that I already had. The softer straps seem to loosen easier than the original one. The new straps also seem thinner than the original one. I like the concept, but the new straps seem to detract from the value.”

“Order was badly handle during package or during shipping - boxes showed crushing damage. Order (2 belts & buckles) had noticeable scrape damage on bottom edge of belt buckles. Very disappointed being a return customer.”

“Good quality and sharp looking. Difficult to tighten and almost impossible to find the sweet spot (not too tight, not too loose). I want to like it, but find a traditional belt much more functional and easy to use.”

“Ordered Granite - was helped very well by Mandy. One of the buckles exchanged by Mandy had a finish defect. Worked with Kait on getting it replaced. He asked that I send a photo and after all of that, he still waited to get the returned buckle back before sending a replacement. It's almost been 2 weeks & I still don't have the replacement. If I dealt with Mandy only your rating would have been 5 stars. Kait lowered your rating to 3 stars for the hassle & delay that he has caused.”

“There is no issue with product. The issue with delivery partner (DHL). Product arrived Union City, California but has not been received by USPS or so it seems. I contacted the partner tracking service and they responded that USPS has received package but has to be sorted for delivery. I also understand delays due to the Covid Pandemic but I cannot get a true answer in regards to delivery.”

“Its ok, I'm a bigger guy. Its not super comfortable nor is it easy to put on. Its light weight and low profile, but that is where the list ends. For me, its awkward to put on and it still digs into my gut (just like any other belt). Cool designs.”
