“First time I came across Groomers world was when I was searching for a pair of heiniger clippers and these came up as the cheapest, I was unsure if it was too good to be true as it was a very decent discount but after reading other reviews and having the option of paying with many different credit options, I took the chance and I'm so glad that I did! From first placing the order to delievery, I received a good amount of emails to keep me updated which was easing the worry I first had. I was also impressed with the amount of products they had and I am very sure that I will be placing most of my dog products through this company from now on.”

“The shampoo always arrives damaged, and talking to customer service about it gets you nowhere. They dont offer to replace the shampoo, and expect you to send broken and leaking shampoo bottles back before receieving the replacement for the one you've already paid for.”
