“I bought a replacement tubing for a dog drier. Unfortunately due to my drier being a very old model the tubing was the wrong size. An email was answered on a Sunday and the return was very easy with the refund occurring promptly. Good service”

“I have purchased quite a few items recently as this site is competitively priced compared to others. All products have been dispatched swiftly and efficiently with regular updates on delivery…as a dog grooming business this fast delivery is paramount. I highly recommend Groomers world for both professionals and pet owners for the variety of products and prices. Definitely 5 star service!”

“Ordered a KM Cordless Animal Clipper on 02/01/24 which was dispatched the next day. A tracking number was supplied for Royal Mail 48hr delivery. After 10 days, it still hadn't arrived and tracking showed it was at Manchester MC. I contacted Groomers world to which they had a web chat with Royal Mail who advised that if its not arrived by the 13th, then its considered lost. I waited and still no movement from Manchester MC. I emailed Groomers World to either ask for a replacement or a refund. A replacement was despatched but this time, it never went via Manchester, but came from Tyne MC straight to Sheffield MC and then delivered a day after. I've since used the clipper and its excellent, easy to use and fast. So apart from the delivery issue which was due to Royal Mail, all in all, a good purchase.”

“I am very pleased with the grooming brush bought for our cavachon. It was easy to go through the product listing and select the correct breed amd coat type. I have been looking for a suitable brush for almost a year now so it's great to finally have one that is also used by professionals. Delivery was fast and the brush was well packaged. There are also full instructions on when to use each side of the brush in the product details on the website. This was especially helpful.”

“Fantastic service from start to finish. Contacted me within hours, to inform me part of the order was out of stock. A better version/model was dispatched in its place. Ordered clippers with next-day delivery and arrived by 09:30. I would highly recommend Groomers World. I was always kept up to date on order, with a nice handwritten note included. Great company to deal with.”
