“Thanks for the good service. My dogs shampoo arrived today just in time for a bath. I'm very pleased with it as other shampoos I've used actually make me sneeze and this Whal shampoo doesn't. Dog smells really good.”

“Got a blaster but it wouldn’t turn on , told to send it back and when they recieved it and checked it they would send me another . Still not got it . Not great service not even an apology .”

“Grwat company and fast delivery. First time I have tried grooming my two cockapoos without taking them to a gromers and these clippers made it so easy. Very easy to use, not heavy or noisey and most inpotantly the dogs look great. Very easy to to change clipper gards.”

“Poor customer service unfortunately they will not accept the clippers back because I have used them once and found a fault. Never had a problem before but the attitude of customer service is poor. I feel I've been insulted and threatened will never buy from the again and left with faulty goods”

“I bought a happy snood/dog hooie from this website to see if it would help my dog who has become reactive to noise outside. The product came the next day (and this was over the holiday period) and was of good quality and fits my dog perfectly. The price was also very reasonable.
