I was disappointed to find that the "PERSONALIZED MONOGRAM PILSNER BEER GLASSES 20 OZ." were not labeled to a similar size as advertised.

I ordered 4 sets of custom-engraved cuff links and on 2 of them, the initials were way off center. Nearly unusable. On top of that, I had paid for premium processing (which guarantees the order leaves within 48 business hours) and it took more like 4 business days. The customer support team was very nice and accommodating- they refunded the cost of the premium processing - but all told the product is not very high quality.

I wasn't sent what I ordered. They sent me something very similar and sent me a $100 off promo code for some wine website if I spend $160. Not too pleased with the turnout but since the my wedding is coming up quick, I have no other choice than to take the order as is.

I ordered whiskey decanters for my groomsmen but they arrived without tops. When I received the decanters I reached out via email to customer support and I asked if the tops would arrive before my wedding and the only response I received was "Im aware of the time sensitivity". I unfortunately had to give them their gifts without the decanter tops because they did not arrive on time.

I've now received two faulty sets of decanters that I purchased for my groomsmen. The first had half of the print totally off and the second set that they sent has the incorrect information on the decanter. I'm going to request another set (for the 3rd time) but so far I'm pretty disappointed with this.

The quality of the knives I ordered weren't the best. Two had rust on the blades and the blade and handle wasn't aligned

The product is great but the order came in 2 weeks after my wedding which was 4 weeks late and when I reached out to customer service about where it was a week prior to the wedding I did not get a response.

We are currently seeing an influx of orders, while also needing to maintain a limited staff due to the pandemic rules. This has put our production teams behind a little. All couriers are also affected as they needed to take extra time to ensure packages are well disinfected prior to delivery

The wallet is wonderful; however the stamped on letters are not! We assumed this would be more of a monogram that was either stitched or seared into the leather. Rather it was simply stamped on and does not look good. We won't be using this as a grooms gift. We are purchasing something else which is a shame when you are two weeks from the wedding date

I was so excited for the coolers but when they arrived and I went to pre-fill them with beers for my groomsman the bottles wouldn’t fit. The top doesn’t close when filled with bottles. Cans are the only thing that fit, which is very disappointing since the photo shows bottles.

Flasks looked great but the entire package was bashed in. All of the individual boxes were each broken and not presentable, very disappointing.

I ordered the products on July 8th and it is now July 29th and I still have not received it yet even though i paid a significant amount extra for express shipping. Extremely displeased.

Cuff links were nice. They were supposed to be engraved with each man's 3 initials. They were NOT ENGRAVED.They never responded as to why cuff links weren't engraved. Kept sending me note of when they shipped. Arrived 1 day before wedding. Will never use them for anything again.

Horrible experience. Product was embroidered poorly. Items did not arrive in time for delivery to my groomsmen. Communication was poor and untimely. Blame the delivery company however your company chose them so it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that your product is delivered timely or discontinue use of company

Not all my items were in the box when my shipment arrived. It was difficult to reach any sort of customer service seeing that their phone number posted did not work and email response took over two days and two emails later. I paid extra for shipping to have all my items in on time and obviously that did not happen. I did not get refunded for that extra shipping or any of the product, nor did my missing item get expedited. Quality of product is the only reason this reviews gets 2 stars.
