“My items arrived later than anticipated and the tracking information was confusing the whole way (it was saying my items were moving through locations, but that the carrier had not yet received the item for the entire week before I received the package). When they arrived, the stamp quality on the leather was very poor - not at all as clear and legible as they appeared online. It was almost as if the press didn’t apply enough pressure to make a proper imprint on the leather. Overall, the product was fine, but the quality was very underwhelming based on the quality of the images on the site.”

“The watches themselves are cute, however, I feel like the company didn't represent the item well before purchase. The pocket watches are about the size of a half dollar. Maybe smaller. I agree it is partially my fault for not reading the dimensions, but in all the photos they appear to be the size of a normal men's pocket watch. While we are disappointed with the size, we will still give them as a gift.”

“Lighters came quickly, but a few of the metal tins the lighters came in were kind of smashed and a few of the lighters themselves were scuffed up a bit.”

“My groomsman received half of the order - He got the monogrammed knife but not the monogrammed beer mug. Very pleased with the knife and he loves it but disappointed the beer mug did not show.”
