“Item dispatched quickly on 48hr service but let down by royal mail as it took 4 days to arrive. Gustharts customer service was excellent on both occasions I contacted them - first was delivery query and 2nd product info.”

“Ordered from Japan. I browsed several online stores carrying similar arborist gear, and Gustharts stood out for its competitive pricing. One drawback worth mentioning: when purchasing multiple items, the shipping cost increases significantly — even when everything should ship together in a single package. One item I ordered was out of stock, and we exchanged a few emails to sort it out. The communication was smooth and the issue was handled efficiently. Arborist equipment tends to be UK-made, which means buying it in Japan usually comes at a premium. Being able to order directly from a UK supplier like Gustharts is genuinely helpful. I'll definitely be ordering again.”
