“Still haven't received the item, seven days after ordering. No update from shipping from day one.”

Hi Annicka, Thank you for your review. We’re really sorry your order didn’t arrive. Unfortunately, the parcel was lost by the courier while in transit, which we completely understand is frustrating. Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout, but we appreciate this does not help when the delivery itself has gone wrong. Kind regards, Gustharts

“My go to company for the last couple of years. Only visit one other site for a certain rope Gustharts don’t stock. Their customer service is second to non. Delivery snappy.”
