“I am very pleased with all the staff I have dealt with from beginning to completion of my equity mortgage. Information was made easy to understand, promises of phone call backs were always kept. Always made sure that I was happy with the plan and still wished to complete the plan. An excellent team all round!”

“Generally good but one issue was not good at all. At the beginning of last week my wife had a call from GW to say that your work was going to be finalised and we should be ready to take a phone call at home from your legal team at 3pm on Wednesday 13th October. I arranged to change my schedule that day and cut short an appointment to make sure I was at home by 2.45 pm. I waited and waited my no call was received. Surely someone could have let us know that the call had been cancelled ????”
