“GE legal handled our sale and purchase during our move from East Kent to Wales. I chose them because they acted in our equity release a few years previously and we were porting the lifetime mortgage. Our transaction was handled by David Lowry’s team. In the beginning I found their service unsatisfactory as emails and questions posed on their client portal went unanswered for days at a time and I found David himself to be lacking in customer management skills. Eventually I found a member of the team who provided timely updates (Kellie Whelan) and she saw the transaction through to a satisfactory conclusion just 8 hours before the end of the stamp duty holiday. Kellie was brilliant, answered emails and silly questions in a timely manner with good humour and delivered the goods in the end. Well done Kellie.”

“I was very pleasantly surprised with how easy the process was with GWLegal. An online account I could check in to to see where the process was. From the solicitor coming to my house to go through the documents and the signing of them to the on-house solicitor who always came back to me immediately when I emailed, was very patient with my questions and chasing. She smoothly amd quickly got my completion through in record speed. Really appreciate her help. Highly recommend.”

“We went into this not knowing anything about it at all We went for GW legal because they were said to know what they are doing it saved us phoning around trying to get someone who new what they were talking about it was probably the best way to do it,They're professional in every way and I cannot speak to highly about them.”
