“Considering the current environmental issues, the equity release process has been fairly seamless. The volume of paperwork, including duplicate information, has been surprising. We were expecting some sort of survey but this hasn't happened, a desk top analysis instead. I don't know whether we will be, or have been, charged for a full survey.. We did not ask for, nor need, advice on gifting part of the monies to a daughter. We have made full disclosures and will include a witnessed document with our will. It would have been preferable if we could have been asked if we needed advice rather than be charged £75+VAT for a letter of advice we didn't actually need. Apart from this we have been satisfied with the service from GW”

“A very smooth process from start to finish. I was kept in touch with progress at all times.This was very useful as I live in Kent you even sent a solicitor to my property to photograph documents and complete a questionnaire. This young lady was very helpful as due to the lockdown we had to complete the interview 6 feet apart in the garden.full marks and thank you.”

“Everyone we have dealt with throughout this difficult time, have been exceptional. Most, as I understand it, have been working from home but with the exception of one small delay, nothing to do with GWlegal I must add, everything ran smoothly and quickly.
