“Two previous appointments made by one advisor were not kept for whatever reason. We notified GW who sent a real professional who explained all paperwork. We were impressed with her as she somehow managed to reach us at the arranged time/day even though there was local flooding in surrounding areas.”

“Several errors in forgetting to get all correct paperwork signed, 3 signatures were needed therefore paperwork had to be posted out to us and returned to you, plus having given your operative our joint paying in book to copy the details from and yet he still managed to put a cheque number down instead of the sort code, this also had to be confirmed again by taking a photo and e mailing it to you, even this was not confirmed until we asked for confirmation. The person seemed to be under pressure to get it done quickly. Basic errors but could have been avoided had he not been in such a hurry. We feel that completion of this was delayed due to this. It should have completed in 2019 rather than 2020.”
