“Overall the service provided was very good. The communication provided was always professional, polite and clear explanations provided to any questions that were asked. If there were a couple of slight areas for improvement, it would be concerning the documentation that was initially sent out. It had a few differences in name spellings, resulting in documents needing to then be either amended or additional documentation sent out to rectify those errors. Also although the agent solicitor that came to our house was again very polite at times it seemed that he was unsure as to whether those documents would be acceptable, and also got us to sign some documentation which in fact he shouldn't have, all of which was quickly dealt with and rectified with no additional costs to us. As I said I'm am being rather picky, as we have been very happy overall with the manner in which GW Legal has dealt with the process on our behalf and would have no hesitation in recommending your services to others should we be asked. Many thanks and wish you all a very happy and prosperous New Year.”

“Te gentleman who came to see us was very nice but it was oh so rushed. We told them we were away and we received a voice mail on Christmas Eve in Madeira asking us to contact them urgently. It turned out to be nothing at all. Needless worry!! Not so impressed after all.”
