Alexander Burns,our case manager was excellent and dealt with issues that arose during the process in a speedy and efficient way,regularly updating us on progress being acheived. Alex liased regularly with Age Partnership and Canada Life(the lender) and again updated us on a regular basis. Timewise,a successful completion was in line with our expectations and overall an extremely professional and excellent service provided throughout.”
