“We were very impressed with the information and assistance which was given to us along with a kindness and understanding which meant a great deal to us. *. Mary* was a lovely lady, soaked to the skin by a sudden rainstorm which did not throw her at all. She treated us with respect, every problem we had with our printer she sorted. Quietly and quickly.
