“Generally a good service, but sometimes communication was a bit slow, such as not returning phone calls, or replying to emails. However, a satisfactory final outcome was achieved, which was all I needed. The completion of my Equity Release plan was done very quickly and satisfactory, given that a lot of pressure was being pushed by other legal parties.”

“Service generally excellent but spoilt as the home visit booked for a Sunday afternoon was cancelled by your lawyer 15 minutes before the agreed time. Reason given was that all the legal papers had not been received from solicitors. Should have checked this much earlier.”
