“Easy to do business. Home visit by solicitor was covid safe and methodical. I did have to chase my bank to assist with removal of a redemption fee .”

“Very practical and modern legal company who try to cut out the 'fluff' in order to be more efficient and expedite things. However it did feel a very cold and de-humanised system and more of a human touch would have been welcome. Just the odd call or email with a person's name on and a friendly word.”

“We think that your company is very efficient and honest in the way you delivered your service for us. However company policy of not entering our house and doing business at the door we do not agree with.Private matters should be private.We felt sorry for your good man who shivered throughout in the cold wind which blows between the houses.We think social distancing is fine, maintenance people have been in our home a few times and there has been no problem. We do thank you for what you have done. Mr.and Mrs. Wilkinson.”

“I seem to be having a problem I’m supposed to get a cashback and as yet I have not received it I spoke to Claire Friday she said I’ve already got it but I have checked my bank numerous times and it has not been put in could you please advise thank you”

“I feel that I have not received a very good service from you. Your agent changed times on two occasions, and when she did turn up - she was an hour and half late. and then she forgot to sign the Mortgage Deed, which delayed the final settlement by several days, which cost my wife and I £27 pound per day interest. I trust that you will reimburse us for the total amount.”
