“All went well except for one letter that the Legal Advisor who visited said was not needed and it was apparently, so I had to get it copied by a friend and emailed back to me in order to send to GWLegal as it was holding things up.”

“Efficient, courteous, good attention to detail and professional at all times. The only improvement I would suggest is to introduce electronic signatures and allow for digital submission of documents rather than hard copies, especially as most business is now carried out on line for efficiency and considered effective.”
