“Happy with the service in all Elaine and Tara were very good at what they done in the Liverpool office but not enough information step by step was given especially financially and what’s the point in asking u to follow your case on website when no one updates it and don’t tick stuff like paperwork off when I brought it to Elaine’s attention she said I’m not in charge of IT .. you can’t follow the progress of your case if there nothing on there dissatisfied with that to be honest .. emails are not always replied to .. chasing stuff .. lack of answers to questions”

“We decided to opt for GWlegal on the advice of Age Partnership. They were experienced at Equity Release and we found their explanations clear and helpful, if a little over-the-top in paper quantity. Ultimately they checked our record with Trinity Management, who answered the queries, perhaps slowly, and GW accepted what they said. The final payment arrived promptly in my bank. Thank you.”

“Very fast and efficient service. The home visit was very relaxed with the consultant taking time to explain everything thoroughly and answer my questions. However, when I received the paperwork (and there was a lot) I was under pressure to review it immediately. I needed to push back to give myself time to read all the documents as I was working. I sent an email explaining that I wouldn’t be able to review the paperwork for a few days but still received chaser emails to review the documents. Overall a very good service, just felt a bit pressurised to wok to their timeline rather than mine.”
