“very efficient everybody took time to explain everything we only had a small hitch when the solicitor came to our home to do the final signing he was very busy and rushed us through that was the only time we felt steamrollered he was not very professional in his manner it may have been an everyday job to him but it was not for us we took many hours of talking before taking the plunge into equity release”
