“Very prompt at all stages of the transaction and very pleasant staff. Only minus was that I found the initial schedule of possible charges quite scary. Would rather have been quoted an all in fee at outset. Having said this the final account was straightforward and there were no nasty surprises.”

“Absolutely diabolical and the worst solicitors I have ever dealt with Not sure if they are working from home But the reception is horrific I sorted a lot out myself chased and sorted land registry and even sorted mortgage provider re redemption figure which solicitors asked me to chase. Really not sure what I have paid for and completion dates change hourly Extra expenses add which I was t informed about Completely dissatisfied and would t ever recommend”

“Elaine was very helpful and provided an excellent service, however there were issues that arose as my elderly mother doesn't have any photo ID, she hasn't been abroad for over 20 years, hasn't driven for 10 years so no driving license and doesn't have a bus pass. There must be other people like mum out there, but it seems as if all processes are based around photo ID. However Elaine did find a way around this which are very grateful for.”
