Her ability to make the visit productive in a short period must be recognized and my compliments to her for her demeanour. Her knowledge and ability to present the facts as required were exemplary and we completed the process promptly. “I appreciated the quick process, I was given clear information and frequent updates. I found staff friendly and helpful. Overall a very good service, thank you. The only bit of feedback I would give is that one of the team rang my mobile number which was turned off so I did not receive his message until after completion. It would have been helpful if he had tried my landline number.”

“We were very happy with the service provided by GW Legal from start to finish. Very professional and efficient and the transaction was completed in much less time than we expected. In particular, the adviser who visited us at home to explain and witness the forms was excellent. Not only very professional, taking time to ensure we understood everything, but also very friendly, we had a great rapport putting us very much at ease. After signing all the forms, completion was achieved in a week.”

“2 weeks from a year to complete an equity release. We’re still waiting for our Wills, power or attorney paperwork and our freehold documents. Extremely shoddy service as GW legal have been paid!!!!!”
