“Professional firm with experienced staff, who kept me informed from stage to stage in house purchase and equity release. Because of the complex nature of the mortgage and problems with the deeds relating to the house, the completion took longer than expected, but GW stood by me until a satisfactory completion. “Having decided to take out a Lifetime Mortgage recently, GW Legal were recommended to us by the Equity Release adviser we used. The home visit went smoothly and we had been told by GWL in advance what information to provide, the application progressed very quickly from there with the completion coming ahead of the expected date, a very satisfactory outcome.”

“Although Legal and General made the process take far longer than first thought. However your side of the process, for example. If you needed any information then it was requested as a whole and not spread over weeks as was the case of Legal and General. We would like to personally thank Emma Gilhooley of GW Legal and Andrew Kirky for their part in the process keeping us informed and chasing things up when it became extremely frustrating and we couldn't see the end to any of it. We are still in contact with Emma to complete the Land Registration which we understand will take several months.”
