“1. You send out document sets with some blank pages with no explanation as to what the blank pages mean. 2. You are very poor at replying to emails. 3. You don't seem very customer orientated and keeping your clients informed.”

“doubled up on redemption statement cost when we was already charged by Hodge bank, solicitors fee double the amount on estimated cost, certain staff not friendly”

“Had to always chase what was happening, Many errors with paperwork no apologies, for the errors Charges added at end , no warning of these charges When asked about this basically told tough and no recompense for length of time to carry out the work 12/16 weeks became 19 months or the errors that cost time and more expensive loan”
