“Although the service was very good and pleasant overal, They could not oversee my sons signing of the required occupancy document. We understood that their would be a conflict of interest, but when we had difficulty finding a local solicitor for this due to Covid, I asked for their help to identify one. Unfortunately they could not help with this and it caused a delay in the equity release.”

“We were recommended GW Legal by Age Partnership. At no stage were we advised by GW Legal of likely costs & charges. When we were presented with a copy on completion we noticed that we had been charged £99 for a mortgage redemption statement which according to the mtge coy is provided free. We are still awaiting a response from GW Legal on this & also still waiting for them to send the cashback amount of £1k”
