“Virtually everything went without a hitch and the service was very good. If the internal process of arriving mail can be distributed to the nominated person quicker this would make the whole system seamless. I appreciate there may be issues with staff working from home but this should only result in a minimal delay. I would use GWLegal again.”

“Lackadaisical service got my 2 emails wrong never heard from them so had to ring them all the time.sat on TR1documents for 10 days &only sent them to me after I phoned Better service as deadlines were crucial”
