“Received letter detailing costs and a link to sign up online to be able to watch progress of case which is a great idea. First item on site was an introductory phone call from GW which never happened until I rung them (hence only 4 stars). Despite this my case was handled expertly and any communication from me was answered swiftly. Helen White who handled my case was polite and efficient when I spoke to her and always replied to my questions.”
