“I wish i could leave 0 stars this company are an absolutel joke ordered £350 worth of items on November 6th after dozens of emails finally somebody bothered to email me back stating my order has been lost from their warehouse .
Following on from this after weeks and weeks and sending dozens more emails without response. I finally get another most of my order is now out of stock so would i like a refund. Immediately responded and now you guessed it no response or refund or items. I would never order from Gymking again its seems like many people having same problem which leads me to believe this company is scamming a lot of people out of money at this expensive time of year. Not convinced I'll get a refund so no alternative than to contact credit card company to retrieve my money thankfully i didnt pay them any other way . AVOID THIS COMPANY”

Unable to manage volumes during busy periods. 13 days since order, no update, no response to 3 emails, no response to enquiry form, either very under resourced to deal with Customer service /aftersales issues or not interested in supporting customers after sale has been made.”

“They are useless even when sales period that they will be busier and should get better. They not just that but TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE as they don't get back to their customers ! There is no phone number to ring because of the amount of complaints they would get and yet nobody is brave enough to get back to you. I am still waiting for my package after 3 weeks of purchasing and I don't know if I am going to get it at all
